ACDA is a State Division of the
National Career Development Association
The purpose of ACDA shall be to create a partnership among career development practitioners from business/industry, secondary career guidance instructors and counselors, colleges, career pathways, workforce services, public and private agencies, private practices, and to establish and improve the standards of professional service in the field of career development in Arkansas.
ACDA Mission
To support, inspire and empower the achievement of Career Development Facilitators by providing professional development, resources, standards and expectations, opportunities for leadership, and advocacy.
